“The education and experience I have in Real Estate, along with obtaining Builder and ASHI certification gives me the resources necessary to handle any of your real estate needs in a professional manner. Because of experience I am able to guide you through your Real Estate Transaction-whether buying or selling. My abilities will help you get what you want in the time you want. If you see a sign or an ad that interests you, call me and I can get all the information for you. Whether it is homes, condos, new development homes/condos (the builder requires that I accompany you the 1st time you visit & sign the guest book), land, leases, income and commercial property.
My primary effort is directed toward providing exceptional service to my clients. An important element of this service is communication. The practice of keeping my clients continually informed, as we move through the process, has been the singular aspect of my performance most remarked about and most appreciated by my clients. I stay abreast of the newest Real Estate trends The professional designation I earned in real estate includes a GRI Graduate REALTOR's® Institute. This is an additional 92 hours of training beyond hours of formal Real Estate training. Also, I have a Residential Home Builder”s Graduate certificate & also ASHI trained (private inspector). I purposely sought out additional training, with a purposeful X-tra edge to become YOUR advantage whether I am representing you as a Seller”s or Buyer”s Agent!
