Experience Counts and is On Your Side for the "Walls" You Deserve!

This year I'd like to do something more than blab about my experience etc. Briefly speaking, I am a Realtor GRI and basically have been at it full time for 16 + year or be it the case  many moons. I feel I can add more than a bio going forward with these times. But just in case..my bio ! This is a year of enlightenment to you the reader who is perhaps seeking information that I plan to provide to keep you abreast of this weird or surreal place of home ownership that some have not yet realized their options or remedies. This ever changing climate we find ourselves mired in. We need some good info! And that will be my niche this year!

 At this critical and pivotal time in our lives, real estate as we know it has evolved and we at least know of someone or we may be that someone who has either lost a home due to foreclosure, walked away from a home due to job loss, being upside down etc. Yes, the market has changed drastically.  The middle class find that there is no middle in most instances with upside down mortgages and can't realize their dreams of moving into a new home while the one they are lingering in to move forward can't be sold without some detriment to their future credit or the impact on their lives in just paying the note.  It is frustrating! But on the flip side I find that there are more scams and so much misinformation out there contributing to short sales, foreclosures and credit repair scams that I have decided to blog experiences and provide updates.  In the internet world if you don't know what a Realtor is by now, well that makes me either obsolete or quite common.

What I find people want are resources, which I stay up on or am trained in. Such as what is a short sale, what happens in a foreclosure, what programs are out there, what FHA programs, what is HAMP, HAFA, loan mod ? etc.  I am going to provide the above resources page and eventually a vendor page to keep you up to date as to what is new out there from all facets.  This market we find ourselves in is a equal opportunity blight.  Whether you fighting for crumbs or caviar,,it's real and debt transcends and hurts everyone. Let's face it, your home may not be worth what you paid for now. But don't give up!!  America WILL BOUNCE back!  But to wield knowledge is the greatest gift I can give, hey it's a different market for me as well, but I see light at the end of the tunnel.  If we don't as a society. We will give up the American Dream and become a nation of renters. Let's explore the tools to avoid that and stay on Congress to NOT LET that happen!

I may have to refer you to a attorney, your tax accountant but give me a shot at it, if I don't know I will find out!!  However, I am not a attorney nor a CPA or Lender. I talk Real Estate and how that effects thereof.
